Risk Of Loss. All sales of Pop Future Cards purchased from popfutures.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The sellers of Pop Future Cards purchased from others on StarExchange^TM are responsible for the physical delivery of any Pop Future Cards sold to the purchasers.

Pricing. All Pop Future Cards purchased from Fourward will be sold at the then current price for such cards as posted on the website. The entire purchase price for Pop Future Cards is for the physical card, and no amount is allocable to the Pop Futures Units initially loaded on Pop Future Cards. Owners of Pop Future Cards and Pop Future Units may offer them for sale on the StarExchange^TM, and the price for any such sale will determined solely by the seller and the purchaser.

Owners of Pop Futures Card and Pop Futures Units May Not Be Able to Sell on StarExchange^TM. FOURWARD IS PROVIDING STAREXCHANGE^TM AS A SERVICE TO PURCHASERS OF POP FUTURES CARDS AND POP FUTURES UNITS. FOURWARD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS THAT ANY OWNERS OF POP FUTURES CARDS OR POP FUTURES UNITS WILL BE ABLE TO SELL POP FUTURES CARDS OR POP FUTURES UNITS, SUCH SALES WILL DEPEND ON WHETHER PURCHASERS BID ON ITEMS OFFERED ON STAREXCHANGE. NO ASSURANCES CAN BE GIVEN THAT ANY PURCHASERS WILL BID ON OR PURCHASE ITEMS OFFERED ON STAREXCHANGE^TM.

Pop Futures Units Are Virtual. Pop Future Units are intended to be virtual measures of the future popularity of the person, place, or thing associated with a specific Pop Futures Card. Pop Future Units do not represent an interest in any physical asset or right to any future payment of any kind. The value, if any, of Pop Future Units will be determined by the participation of purchasers on the StarExchange^TM.

Disclaimer Of Warranties And Limitation Of Liability. THIS WEBSITE AND THE MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS."
